OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G Review:

Here we can see another medium-range mobile in India from OnePlus. We all know OnePlus is bringing mid-range mobiles with decent features to India. India has a vast range of sales in low and mid-range budget mobiles. That’s why they introduced OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G in India.

Let’s start by reviewing some key features of mobile:

Performance:

The image shows a black background with a Snapdragon 5G chip logo in the center.

The OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 octa core 2.2 GHz and a dual-core 1.7 GHz Hexa core. The processor on this phone is a mid-range processor. Yes, this is an old processor, but a stable one. The mobile comes in two variations: 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, and 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The internal storage is expandable up to 2 TB by using an external memory card. The OnePlus disappointed didn’t take the lowest ram variations, but at the price of 19,999, the lowest variation is all-rounder mobile. When it comes to gaming, it is not recommended because there are so many frame drops occurring while playing games. For gaming, you must choose another mobile with a better processor.

Display:

The image shows a smartphone display featuring a brightly lit carnival swing ride against a dark background.

When it comes to the display, it has 6.67 (16.94 cm) inches of amoled display, and the resolution is 1080 x 2400 px (full HD+) with a 120 Hz refresh rate. At this price, this display is more than enough for the remaining mobile brands taking Full HD, not Full HD+ display. The display quality is simply superb, and the color grading is also decent. You can watch Netflix and Prime in full HD. The smartphone boasts a stunning bezel-less display with a punch-hole camera, providing an immersive viewing experience and a sleek design.

Cameras:

Back Camera:

The Oneplus Nord CE4 Lite 5G has a dual-setup camera. The primary camera has a 50 MP wide-angle camera that works on both functions, and the secondary camera has a 2 MP depth camera. By using back cameras, you can do up to 10x digital zoom, and it has a dual flash for better taking photos in low light, but the camera performance in low light is medium. In daylight, you can get better photos, and the colors are good and the photos have decent details. In my opinion, the back camera’s performance is average, but don’t expect more in that price range. By using a back camera, you can record full HD (30 fps) video.

Front Camera:

The front camera has 16 MP, and it takes good day-light photos, but the low-light photos are not good; the details are missing in the photos. The front camera doesn’t have a flash, but it has a screen flash, which is also one of the reasons to not get more details in low light. By using the front camera, you can record full HD at 30 fps, but compared to the back camera, the video quality is low.

Battery:

Oneplus always focuses on bigger battery backups, so you can use it without any inferences of low battery by the end of the day. This mobile comes with a 5500 MAH battery, and they give an 80W super VOOC charger with a USB type-C port. It can take up to an hour to charge this mobile.

The battery can last a full working day, and for heavy users, it can also last up to 6 hours. In the evening, you will have to charge this mobile again. In terms of battery backup, there are no issues with this mobile. So, if you are looking for a better battery mobile, you can go for this mobile.

General:

The mobile comes with two nano hybrid SIM slots, and it can support 5G in India. You can use two SIMs and one SIM with a memory card only. You can’t use two SIMs and a memory card at the same time. Oneplus Nprd CE4 Lite has dust and water resistance, but it does not survive in deep water or dust.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Pro’s:

  • Stylish Design
  • Good daylight photos
  • Solid battery
  • Vivid display

Con’s:

  • Average low-light photography
  • Old processor

In my opinion, this mobile is an all-rounder. My suggestion is that those who are looking for an all-rounder mobile and their budget is $20,000 can go for this mobile, and those who are looking for a gaming mobile and a high-performance mobile, it does not fit for them. You can go for a better processor at that price; some mobiles come with a better processor.
